Silvia Zappoli

Partner of the firm. She graduated in Law summa cum laude from the University of Milan in 1982 and began practising while also serving as a Conciliation Judge in civil matters in Como from 1984 to 1992.

She has been admitted to the special roll of lawyers entitled to appear before the Supreme Court of Cassation and the higher courts since 2002. Her practice covers civil law, employment and social security law, workplace health and safety, contracts, debt recovery and insolvency.

She has published specialist work on workplace safety, lectures on the ISPER personnel management programme and speaks at seminars held by Confindustria Como.
