Alessandra Tell

After graduating in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, she was admitted to the Bar in 2013. A member of the Milan Bar Association, she practises in civil, commercial, corporate and insolvency law, with established experience in litigation and advisory work.

She advises companies with a particular focus on court representation and day-to-day support (contracts, corporate governance and company documentation). She has developed considerable expertise in insolvency law, acting in bankruptcy proceedings, restructuring agreements, certified recovery plans and compositions with creditors, for both debtors and creditors.

She has also acted for hospitals and care institutions in medical negligence disputes. She has been Of Counsel to the firm since September 2019.
